You know how it happens… you bag yourself that cushy professional job where you are sat on your backside for a good 99% of the day… and you suddenly find yourself with a little more lard around the front, back and hips….getting up to perform those basic office/studio tasks starts to seem like a chore because you’re just lacking in that get up and go you once possessed when you were that perky art student….
Thankfully, with the advent of office furniture evolution, that now can be a thing of the past….
Like how…!?!? With the Hawaii Chair of course! You can hula your way to a toned tush without even moving from the safe haven of your Mac….

Tokyo Flash sells watches, yes that’s right, watches- something that, in it’s fundamental design, is supposed to let you know the time of day at the glance of an eye rather than you having to lug around your sundial….What’s the problem?….none, I suppose, if in the time it takes you to read the time, the time has actually changed!
Perhaps I’ve just completely and utterly missed the point and it isn’t really about being aware of your time keeping, it’s all about having a snappy little number on your wrist…I wonder if it would be quicker to get my camera/mp3/radio player/calculator/GPRS/internet ready mobile out my pocket and call the Speaking Clock….

My blog is going to be about the thing I love most in the world (second to Daisy and cuckoo) – shopping. Each week, I’ll take you through my keys buys and treats, from hats to face creams, bangles to socks, I just LOVE LOVE LOVE the thrill of buying delicious ‘things’.
I’m by no means a fashionista, but the joy of bagging a bargain, finding a gem in a charity shop, or luxuriating in Selfridges shoe department, just simply does it for me. So to kick off, Saturday 7th and a snatched hour in TK Max with my daughter and boyfriend, saw me purchase a gorgeous black and cream trilby, love the look just not sure for where yet! Also managed to find a rather handy and little bit slinky midnight blue cardigan – looks great with leggings and converse pumps…not bad in an hour, here’s to next week…
