Firstly, I’d like to throw a massive ‘Happy New Year’ in your direction. And after that as sunk in and you think ‘wow, that was nice’ – I’d like you to think long and hard about what you’re going to do with the year. You could start running 20 miles a day, but you’re not going to do that… you could try eating only microbiotic yoghurts, but you won’t do that either…
