Cuckoo have been developing Christmas campaigns for Valor for over a decade – as part of their overall central marketing activity throughout all of their hotels, including Crowne Plaza, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn, Best Western Plus, Holiday Inn and AC Marriott.
As part of Valor’s Christmas 2016 strategy, we developed a full communications plan that runs all year round, including a bespoke brand and website which acts as a portal, for customers to choose a festive package within their chosen hotel and location, food and beverage menu development, email campaigns, event brochures, social media and online advertising.
In terms of results, we saw a staggering 50,000 visits to the website and 3,000 email addresses acquired through brochure downloads. This combined help Valor exceed their Christmas bookings target by 20%.
