Valor Hospitality manages 19 hotels in the UK under a number of different franchise brands including Hilton, Crowne Plaza and AC Marriott. With a small but perfectly formed marketing team to support both central and local marketing they needed an alternative resource.
It houses brand approved collateral and advert templates, branded and pre-saved images for OTA/brand websites and corporate tools. Hotels have logins and can order online via Cuckoo. Fixed prices are applied and accounts set up with individual hotels. In 2016, over 117 orders were placed with over £30k of spend, in real terms of time, saving the marketing manager 345 hours or 9 working weeks.
