Royal London

Following their acquisition of The Co-operative Investments in 2012, we were invited to pitch for a number of Royal London’s key projects to support the ongoing communication to Co-operative customers. Our 16-year tenure on the Co-operative roster enabled us to understand how the customer base felt and thought about their investment products and put us in a strong position to deliver the brand campaign. The initial activity was to develop a brand direct mail campaign informing customers about the new change of ownership and how Royal London would make a difference to their product portfolio. We designed and produced a number of direct mail campaigns, statement inserts and online banners to deliver the key messages.
